I'm so glad you're here! I'm Tara, an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor and Educator. 

I work with couples, parents, and individuals (ages 14+) from my office in downtown Courtenay, BC, and online. New clients are welcome to book a free session. Open evenings and Saturdays.  
 

​I take a positive, collaborative approach to personal growth. My areas of specialization include:
 

• Relationship repair and reconnection 

• Neurodivergence (ADHD)

• Grief and loss

• Mild to moderate addictions

Over the last 12 years, I have worked with people on every issue imaginable. I have found that when we are a good fit, we can work through most anything together.  If you are drawn to my approach, don't hesitate to reach out even if your concern isn't listed above.
